Custom Knit Item

I would love to knit a custom item for you! Sweaters, hats, scarves, blankets, the possibilities are endless! If you don't see the type of item and/or size you are looking for in the dropdown menu, please email us with what you have in mind and I can provide a quote.

How does the process work?

1. Pick your size. Prices are set based on the hours/labor cost and materials by size. Select your typical size to check out, and I will follow up with you for Step 2 which is…
2. Consultation! Following your purchase, I will reach out within 2 business days to discuss. During a quick conversation by email or phone (your preference), I will gather more info about what you have in mind, including color, yarn type/texture, and desired fit. I can provide guidance on a yarn selection or you could choose from my hand-dyed yarn (you can see colorway options here. We can also talk timeline specifics, but I do have timeline estimates included below!
3. Knitting begins :-) After consultation, I will further research, if needed, and share an estimated timeline. As I construct your items I will send you regular updates on progress.
   

Turnaround Times - Estimates by sample items
Knitting time will vary slightly by the size of your item, your desired yarn weight, and my order volume. But, these are a few guidelines for reference:

- Hats, scarves, gloves, etc - 2-3 weeks + shipping time
- Sweater, vests, etc. - 4-6 weeks + shipping time
- Blankets and other large items - 5-7 weeks + shipping time


Alteration or Refund policy
If your item needs an adjustment, or it’s just not what you had in mind, please contact me. I am open to continuing to work on your item so that it meets your needs or providing you with a refund. No yarn goes to waste around here!
