- Pick your item. You can get started on the product pages for a Custom Hand-Dyed Yarn or a Custom Knit Item. Add you selections to you cart and check out. I will then follow up with you for Step 2 which is…
- Consultation! Following your purchase, I will reach out within 2 business days to discuss. During a quick conversation by email or phone (your preference), I will gather more info about what you have in mind. I can provide guidance, if needed, and we can talk timeline specifics.
- Dyeing or knitting begins :-) As your item is being created, I will send you regular updates on progress.
Alteration or Refund policy
If your item needs an adjustment, or it’s just not what you had in mind, please contact me. I am open to continuing to work on your item so that it meets your needs or providing you with a refund. No yarn goes to waste around here!
