How does the process work?

1. Pick your yarn weight and skein quantity using the dropdown menus above.
2. Consultation! Following your purchase, I will reach out within 2 business days to discuss. During a quick conversation by email or phone (your preference), I can gather more info about what you have in mind. Any reference photos or sources of inspiration you have are welcome!
3. Dyeing begins :-) After consultation, I will test a few options for your review. With your approval, I will dye your order and get it in the mail to you!

Timeline estimates to keep in mind
Dyeing and processing of your item(s) will begin following your approval of the colorway sample. Orders are typically ready to ship 7-10 days after this approval.

Alteration or Refund policy
If your item needs some adjustments, or it’s just not what you had in mind, please contact me. I am open to continuing to work on your item so that it meets your needs or providing you with a refund. No yarn goes to waste around here!
